Workshop on Developing as a teacher through lesson observation

TDTU determines that observing lessons is a key part of on-going teacher development and also developing student learning. This might be observing other teachers but also reflecting on your own lessons. At the seminar entitled “Developing as a teacher through lesson observation” on April 17th, John Hughes suggested different ways to approach classroom observation and maximising its potential. This practical session was aimed at inexperienced teachers through to teacher trainers and managers involved in staff development.
